When you dive into the world of natural cosmetics, at first it seems that you have entered a world of endless possibilities. That is true to some extent, nature is a massive resource, however, there is always a big BUT. Searching for natural cosmetics creators and surveying the market, we have generally seen that many are turning to nature and natural products in all areas. We saw the huge desire in people to change themselves and the world around them in a positive sense, we noticed many wanting the world to be organized in harmony with nature, but  we also saw that not everyone is ready to handle this challenge until the end and that there are those who would rather pick the “easier way”, a faster turnover of funds and to relativize the real meaning of the way of living in harmony with nature.

Lavina Cosmetics had a great run when it had to stop and set the limits of its commercialization, so as not to merge with the above-mentioned trend of relativization, and especially because we at  Lavina Cosmetics had the intention of harmonizing our products with international regulations on natural cosmetics, according to the COSMOS standard.

We will talk about the mentioned  regulations for natural cosmetics in the following texts and we will at least mention the most basic standards and  rules for the production  of healthy, natural cosmetics. Here, however, we will mention only one rule, just to explain that the obviously natural composition of a cream does not mean that it can be classified as a natural cosmetic for example, distilled water used in the preparation of natural cosmetics has a limit to what percentage can be used in the cosmetic preparation, so that it could be classified as a natural cosmetic.

Next up… Goals of Lavina Natural Cosmetics.
